Public Meeting Announcement Year 39 Budget

The City of Albany is developing its Program Year 39 budget and Action Plan for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in April, 2013. The Action Plan is required by HUD to apply for funds under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership, Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and other HUD grant programs. HUD objectives for the city of Albany are: decent housing, a suitable living environment, and expanded economic opportunities.
