Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held in the Common Council Chambers, City Hall, Albany, New York at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 20th, 2012, on the following matter:

ORDINANCE NUMBER 32.91.12

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CLOSING OF A PORTION OF DALE PLACE IN THE CITY OF ALBANY.

Anyone wishing to be heard will have an opportunity to do so at the time and place stated.
