PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the New York State Public Authorities Law Section 1115 - i, the Albany Water Board, will conduct a public hearing on August 30, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall, Albany, New York to consider a universal rate increase to the Albany Water Board "Schedule of Rate Structure".  Written comments should be submitted to the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall, Room 202, Albany, New York, 12207.
