Tai Chi for Seniors

During the month of February, the Department of Recreation is offering a free Tai Chi Program for Seniors. Classes will be held Mondays from 1-2 pm at 7 Hoffman Ave. 

Tai Chi is a practice that uses slow movement to help restore energy, reduce stress and provide a sense of calmness.
