Patrol DivisionThe Patrol Division of the Albany Police Department is broken into two geographic regions, South Station and Center Station. Each station is under the supervision of a uniformed Commander who along with Lieutenants and Sergeants provide the uniformed patrol with a direct line of supervision. The uniformed officers of the Patrol Division complete a wide variety of tasks that include but are not limited to, community policing, traffic and parking enforcement, and crime suppression, The links found in the navigatin to the left will provide a comprehensive guide to the Center and South Stations.
