NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS

The City of Albany, NY Board of Contract and Supply will open sealed bids at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 7, 2008 for the following materials, goods and/or services:

• The Purchase of a Heavy Loader

Specifications and bid requirements are available in the Office of the City Clerk, Room 202 – City Hall, Albany, NY 12207. A refundable deposit of $25.00 in the form of a check made payable to the City of Albany, and a $5.00 separate check for handling charges is required when obtaining each specification. Bids must be received no later than 12 Noon on October 7, 2008 in the same office.
