 Single Stream Curbside Recycling Collection
The City of Albany collects recycling from residential dwellings with four (4) units or less located on a single property.
Recycling should be placed curbside not prior to 7p.m. or dusk, which ever occurs first, on the evening prior to your collection day.
The City of Albany provides each resident with a Stream Recycling Bin, free of charge. All recycling can be placed loosely in this bin. There is no need to sort your recyclables! Whether you have a Blue or Green bin you can place all of your recycling in either bin - it's recycling made easy!
If you do not have a bin, they are available at:
The Department of General Services One Richard J. Conners Blvd, 12204
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00pm
