Containers should be sealed and properly packaged for safe transportation. Residents must pre-register by calling (518) 434-2489 or online by clicking here Conditionally exempt small quantity generators (small businesses) who generate less than 32 gallons a month of hazardous waste are welcome, but will be charged for drop-off.
