Planning Board All new commercial, industrial, and institutional construction projects require Site Plan approval from the Planning Board. New residential development containing four or more dwelling units within a single lot or parcel, and subdivisions of four or more parcels also require approval. The Planning Board reviews Site Plans to ensure that the development proposed is compatible with surrounding development, maintains or enhances the value of other parcels of land in the area, and is sensitive to the environment. 2012 Planning Board Application Deadlines & Meeting Dates The Planning Board meets every third Thursday City Hall, 2nd Floor Common Council Chambers 9:00 am
