Mission:

The mission of The Albany HomeStore is to stabilize and strengthen Albany neighborhoods by increasing the rate of homeownership in the City. It is our goal to increase owner occupancy from 38% towards the national average of 67%.

This is being accomplished by promoting homeownership through a centralized, "one-stop" facility which offers grant, savings and loan programs, comprehensive pre and post purchase counseling and numerous other related services needed to become a successful homeowner in the City of Albany.
