Calculating Taxes

Residential (Homestead)

School Taxes:
(School Tax Rate) * (Taxable Assessed Value) /1000 = Amount of School Taxes

Example
16.37 (School Tax Rate) * 218,120 (Taxable Assessed Value) /1000 = $3,570.62

Property Taxes:
(Property Tax Rate) * (Taxable Assessed Value) /1000 = Amount of Property Taxes

Example

Commercial (Non- Homestead)

School Taxes:
