NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given, that the Common Council of the City of Albany will be holding a public hearing on December 20, 2021 regarding Ordinances 5.32.21. The Public Hearing will be held at City Hall in the Common Council Chambers, Room 205 at 7:00 p.m. during a Regular Meeting of the Common Council.
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AND REPLACING ARTICLE I (GENERAL PROVISIONS), ARTICLE II (ZONING DISTRICTS), ARTICLE III (USE REGULATIONS). ARTICLE IV (DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS), ARTICLE V (ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT), AND ARTICLE VI (RULES OF CONSTRUCTION; DEFINITIONS) OF CHAPTER 375 (UNIFIED SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE OR “USDO”) OF PART II OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF ALBANY IN RELATION TO NECESSARY AMENDMENTS, AND ARTICLE VII (APPLICATION FEES) TO CHAPTER 375 (USDO) OF PART II OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF ALBANY

The public is encouraged to participate remotely to preserve the health and safety and can provide live testimony by registering here or with the City Clerk making sure you provide your name, contact number, and an email. Comments and/ or registration must be received before 8:00pm, December 17, 2021.
